• A draft or sketch is a rough representation of your design based on the instructions or request provided by the client. It will NOT represent the final logo illustration. Once the draft is approved, our artist will start completing the actual design.

• Yes! It is possible to work on an old logo design to have a fresh looking for your logo

As long as the artist follow the instructions completely, client can have:
⦁ 2 revisions during drafting stage. If client still needs additional draft even if the first two drafts are accurate representation of their instructions, client will have to pay extra for those additional draft
⦁ 3 revisions after draft is approved. If client still needs further revisions even if the first three illustrations are accurate representation of their instructions, client will have to pay extra for those additional revisions. 

Once a draft is approved, or already made more than 2 accurate drafts, a full refund will no longer be available
 If we really need to process a refund we can only allow a certain amount, not the full payment since our artist already work hard on the projects 

• You will receive a pdf presentation of the final design and different high quality file format that you can use for your social media and printing needs.
