Refund and Return Policy 
 
 
We take pride in producing high-quality products! However, if you encounter any form of defect, contact us and send us an image that proves the damage of your order. We will gladly reproduce the same order purchased given that it is in line with our Terms and Policy.
 
 
 
We do not allow returns or refunds as all orders are uniquely made based on your preference.
 
 
We cannot reproduce any order that was purchased based on your wrong specifications, such as, size, color, texture, or suddenly decides you like like other products. TAKE NOTE that to be able to reproduce your order, we must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery time. Customer must submit clear images as proof, and that ALL delivered product with defect be returned. Rest assured that if the product in PROVED TO BE DEFECTIVE, the establishment will shoulder the shipping and shipping label (if required). The establishment must be given 10 days to reproduce the purchased order. We cannot reproduce any order that was purchased based on your wrong specifications, such as, size, color, texture, or suddenly decides you like other products.
 
 
To start a return, you can contact us at matrixgraphicsco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
