Refund policy
We take pride in producing high-quality products. If you encounter any form of defect, please contact us and send us an image that proves the damage to your order. We will gladly reproduce the same order purchased, provided that it is in line with our Terms and Policy.
We do not allow returns or refunds as all orders are uniquely made based on your preference.
Each file is unique to a customer's preference and each print quality result is unique to that order.
We do not allow returns or refunds based on deviations from an expected quality.
We cannot reproduce any order that was purchased based on incorrectly placed customer orders, with such issues as specifications, size, color, texture, or sudden decisions to cancel.
TAKE NOTE that in order to reproduce your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Customers should provide clear images as proof through a chat, direct email, or website inquiry. Once the returns process is initiated, all defective products must be returned.
Rest assured that if the product is PROVEN TO BE DEFECTIVE, the establishment will shoulder the shipping and shipping label (if required).
The establishment must be given 20 days to reproduce the purchase order.
To start a return, you can contact us at matrixgraphicsco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
